Hermes Personal Gmail is a private, single-user tool used by the Google account owner to access and automate their own Google Workspace data.
Depending on the owner's request, the tool may access Gmail messages and metadata, Calendar events, Drive files, Contacts, Sheets and Docs.
Google data is processed only to fulfil requests made by the account owner. OAuth credentials are stored on the owner's private self-hosted server with restricted file permissions. Google data is not sold, used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Data is retained only as required for the owner's requested automations. The owner can revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions and can delete locally stored credentials and generated files.
This service is not offered to the public and has no external users.
